Hikeology Apparel Shipping Policy

All of our t-shirts are printed on demand just for you. This policy explains how and when your order will arrive.

1. Production & Processing

Print-on-Demand: Every shirt is printed and quality-checked after you place your order.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed off to our carrier partner as soon as possible, typically within 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

Where We Ship: United States only (continental U.S.).
No PO Boxes or Military Addresses: We currently cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or similar addresses.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Flat-Rate Shipping: $4.95 flat shipping per order.
Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise noted at checkout).

4. Carriers & Methods

Ground Shipping: Hikeology Apparel (or our printing partner) selects the most reliable ground carrier for each shipment.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Transit Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas within the continental U.S. may take longer.

6. Shipping Notifications

Shipment Notification: You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has shipped.
Haven’t Received Your Order? If you have not received a shipping notification or your package within 7 days of your order date, please email us at support@hikeologyapparel.com.

7. Address Accuracy

Please Double-Check: Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages sent to an incorrect address.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Report Issues: Email support@hikeologyapparel.com if your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.
Resolution: We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace or refund your order at no extra charge.

9. Holidays & Weather Delays

Possible Delays: Production and delivery may slow during major holidays or severe weather. We’ll notify you if we expect any significant delays.
