Hikeology Apparel Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new tee—if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.


1. Return Window

  • You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Send your order number and reason for return to support@hikeologyapparel.com.

  2. Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label—return shipping is free.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off with the specified carrier.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Wear & Tear: Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

  • Defects: If there’s a printing or manufacturing defect, just return it the same way—no extra steps.

4. Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued only to the card or PayPal account you used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only. If you’d like a different size or design, please place a new order; then return the original for a refund.
